"This shop is super helpful! I called in because all of a sudden my check engine light came on and soon after my oil light! I they got me in the same day and were very attentive to what was happening. Turns out the dealership I got my oil change at really messed it up, and the guys here got me fixed up! They are upfront with pricing, needs, and getting you in and out. They'll even order you an Uber to wherever need to go once dropping off your car. One of the other greats is they document everything and send you a link with pictures and descriptions so you can see what they are doing with you vehicle, which a nice change for the dealerships that like to add on without explaining or showing why. I recommend them for sure!"

"This is where I took my piece of junk car for everything when I was in Phoenix. The fellows here are incredibly nice. Nicest folks in the car repair business. They will shuttle you back to home or work, too, after you drop off your car. The prices are a bit high, but they reward customer loyalty (they still send me mail in Las Vegas telling me I about my unused rewards balance). I'll be back in the odd event I ever find myself back in Phoenix with car trouble."

"Love it here! They are honest, upfront, and a no-nonsense place. They educate those who have no clue about cars (like me!) and make sure the customer is taken care of. They also make the suggestions for repair and that you understand what’s going on with your car then YOU make the choice on what to do. I love that they aren’t pushing but honest. They also have a loner car that is offered which makes things soooo much easier!"

"Charged $120 to diagnose idle issue. No engine light or error codes. Charged $100 for $10 part (throttle position sensor). Charged $100 to install said part (5 minutes). Did nothing to fix problem and was going to charge over $500 to replace plug n play ECU before I stopped them. They offered to install a $89.95, programmed ECU, I bought on eBay from Flash Masters. Left hose off PCV intake. Problem continues. Updated: I replaced $2 of vacuum line myself. Problem fixed."
