"We are so grateful to have found VIC Auto Collision & Repair! We have an older BMW that we were trying to decide if it was worth putting a little bit of money into to fix some issues and keep it, or if it was time to just let it go. After going to a different repair shop and it being clear they had no idea what they were talking about nor the ability to explain exactly what they "thought" was wrong with the car, a friend recommended VIC Auto Collision & Repair. From the moment we contacted them, we knew we had found the right place and we quickly learned the difference between a repair shop that specializes in European vehicles and those that don't. VIC's customer service is second to none. I was extremely busy the week I called them but I made time in my schedule to drop the car off at the shop, unfortunately, my appointment that day ran over and I simply didn't have the time to get over there. I called and apologized fully expecting them to be less than thrilled with me, but to my surprise, they were very forgiving and even offered to come pick the car up from my location (say what?!). I took them up on their offer and as promised, they got back to me the next day with an estimate and full explanation of exactly what was wrong with the car and even prioritized the recommend repairs in order of importance. I wasn't ready to make a decision on repairs at that time, but told them I would get back to them. After contacting them the next day I told them what we wanted to take care of and what we'd wait on. I never felt pressured by them to have more repairs done than what I requested at the time. Our car was finished in 2 days as promised (actually end of business the first day). They even delivered the car back to me, WOW! The car now drives better than my "newer" car. If you're looking for a vehicle repair shop, especially if you have a European vehicle, I HIGHLY recommend VIC Auto Collision & Repair. They are honest, fair, truthful and reliable!"

"Don't trust the other reviews and definitely don't trust this shop. Brought my car in to get rear quarter panel fixed and rear bumper replaced. They did an okay job on fixing the quarter panel, but the rear bumper they replaced had a large and deep scratch where you open the trunk hatch. It was hard for me to spot this when I picked up my car because it was gloomy and raining that day. Also, owner and employees there are very rude and impatient. Take your business elsewhere. Response to owner: I will call you back to discuss this matter."
