"This place used to always be my go to place I was always in and out and they used to have a female receptionist who was awesome and always took care of me l, and explained issues about my car even more thoroughly than the mechanic. And as a female I appreciated it. But now she’s not there anymore and ever since I have had issues with this place. So the first one was in February of this year I made an appointment for a Saturday morning oil change, my boyfriend took the car because I was at work ,he calls me and says they can’t do it to come back another time, so what’s the point of them “accepting” appointments that was the first one. The second one was today April 20th I made an appointment for 2 o clock I got off work at 1pm and decided to just go straight there ,when I walked out my car I was headed inside when a guy asked me what service are you Trying to get I said an oil change he shook his head and said I can’t do it today, I told him no I have an appointment, then he says oh if you have an appointment that’s fine. If you were a professional you would’ve asked that first. Okay so then he asked me what oil I just told him the make and model of my car I had a idea but wasn’t quite sure so I told him I came here before for the same car so you can look it up, because if you were a professional you would’ve asked that also, anyway so he says it takes OW20 he said it would be 79.99 I’m like what? So I told him the last time I came it was 38 dollars and he asks was a female working here I was like I don’t know I wasn’t here so he keeps on saying well on my screen it says you take this oil so I’m like let me go get the receipt to make sure ,so I get it out my car and yes it was 38.12 I showed it to him and he says they put 5W30 in your car, so I’m like okay so your still in the wrong because your mechanics don’t know what there doing. So I said I will take it elsewhere that place isn’t worth 70 dollars when they don’t know what the word appointment or professional means. So I call back to ask what the corporate phone number is and he says I don’t want you to be upset I can do it for 49.99 ... please like that’s any better despite one not knowing what oil goes into cars and this run around thing they do with appointments. I rather take my business elsewhere and I told him I would come back and no I didn’t so you can wait on me like I’ve waited on them so many times. And I will call there corporate or whoever his boss is to make a complaint."
"Very nice place , friendly staff, quiet and clean. One of the guys gave my 2years old son 4 cars (toys) 😊which made my son so happy. The reason why I gave 4 stars was the long waiting almost 2 hours for car inspection. But overall ,nice experience and will go back."

"Did not enjoy me experience at all as a first time customer, and I won't be returning ever. I went here to get a diagnostic, which turned out to be a master window switch. After nearly 2 hours I was told my vehicle was ready and was about to be pulled up front for me. As soon as I pay I'm told that the wrong part was ordered and installed. After asking to have my vehicle back because I had no more time to spend, I was told it would be 20 minutes at the most to fix it. 1 hour later I get my vehicle back to the tune of $430. I paid for the to sit around, and when I wanted to request a refund the guy front counter guy disappeared. I would not recommend this place at all because I got taken, but will follow up with the higher ups regarding my experience."
