"Please help me understand how your technicians can diagnosis brake / caliper / rotor issues without removing the tires? Cant wait to hear this response. Took it to AAA. Diagnosed as a hung caliper. Rotors were fine. Brake pads were 30% remaining yet they quoted me $500 to replace the front brakes and rotors."
