"I've been a suburban tire customer for many years. They know me and they know my vehicle. They'll call to check up on my car to make sure things are still running smoothly. I wish my doctor's office was as conscientious. Being a loyal customer certainly has its perks. I've had flats that they've fixed for free, and more recently I had a squeak when I braked and they fixed the problem quickly and at no cost to me."

I had a Toyota Sienna timing cover gasket repair (confirmed by Toyota) that was 1 month out of warranty with Toyota ($3,000.00+). I scheduled the same repair with Suburban Tire and they called me 2 hours later with the completed repair. Not only do I dislike the Toyota Warranty policy but, I really appreciate the integrity and honesty of Suburban Tire. Customer for life. They deserve your business."
