John Taber and James morris opened Straightline Auto Body with the dream of providing the community with top quality auto body and mechanical services at a reasonable price. Straightline has upheld this dream for over twenty years. We are known throughout our community and the insurance community as the best body shop in town. We have also provided the best detail shop in the area since the opening of Straightline.

Our autobody shop is capable of handling all makes and models. We are very proficient in anything from the smallest ding to the most extensive repairs. Our frame machine and technicians are the best around. We use all 3M and BASF refinishing products. Our paint shop provided excellent color matches and finishes. Straightline is commited to returning your car in better than pre-loss condition. We are also experts at repairing damages of motorcycles and customs.

Our mechanical shop utilizes the newest and best techniques to repair your car correctly the first time. John Taber has been ASE certified and a master technicial since 1984, and personally checks every car before it leaves. Our detail shop ensures that your car will come back looking great from the body shop. We also provide detailing as a service to keep your vehicle rust free and looking great. Straightline Autobody is a local sponsor for the Maryland Special Olympics. We have worked with world famous airbrush artist to totally transform and Harley Davidson Street Glide donated by Annapolis HD into a custom work of art, which is being raffled off to help MSO. We also restored and built a 1938 Chevrolet pick up truck for the Polar Bear Plunge.
