"I have actually never visited these guys, but the other day I had a flat tire just on the other side of the freeway off ramp wall from them. We were unable to get the lug nuts off, so I called them to ask if we could get the car over there, would they loosen them for me. The girl I talked to was so nice and said they would help however they could. Unfortunately we couldn't get over there and had to go with something different, but judging from the phone call, I would definitely use them in the future!"
