Warranty Overview

All work performed with new or rebuilt (R) parts, excluding wear items, are warrantied for thirty six (36) months or thirty six thousand (36,000) miles. Whichever comes first ends the warranty period. All work performed with used (U) have no express warranty. All warranties assume driving the vehicle under normal driving conditions as inferred by the vehicle's manufacturer. Failure to do so or ignoring vehicle warning lights, gauges and / or condition voids the warranty. No warranty for parts or labor when using customer supplied parts. Warranty is non-transferable. All warranty repairs must be performed by Robert's Auto Service or prior approval must be given by our management for warranty repairs to be performed by another repair facility.

"This place is awesome. The waiting room is clean and comfortable as far as auto shops go. I came in with a certificate for a complimentary oil change and they didn't try to up-sell me at all. The guy at the front desk was super nice. They had a after hours pick up option (which was super easy), since I wasn't able to get back to pick up before close. Overall, the service was professional and friendly. I would definitely go back."
"My 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe is just short of 41,000 miles and it developed a message that it needed servicing. I also noticed that the mileage had decreased. I am new to the area and had no idea where to take it locally. The dealer is several miles away. A quick look at Yelp made me feel that Robert's was just what I was looking for that was similar to the people I had used on the East coast for 35 years. I called and Keith told me to bring it in the next morning. I took it in and was received by Christian. I left my car and they felt the message was for an oil change and they suggested a fuel system cleaning. I picked my car up and the message was gone and the mileage for the drive home was increased. Everyone was pleasant. The mechanics seem to be happy and clean. Everyone has their name over the bay where they work. The price was what I considered fair and I will be returning. They also noted the depth of material left on my brake pads."
"If you are looking for a trustworthy, reliable with good prices, you need to go to Robert’s Auto service I was experiencing a plethora of issues from break to AC and motor. They examined it thoroughly and meticulously. In addition, there are mechanics that are specialized in foreign vehicles. The customer service is also excellent! "The guys at Robert's Auto Service did a fantastic job on my car. I had a bunch of issues that I needed taken care of, and they were able to complete them all within 4 or 5 hours. They quoted me a very reasonable price for replacing my spark plugs compared to another shop down the road which had a audacity to try and charge me over $350. This is what originally lead me to Robert's and along with the fine job they did on my Mazda 3 will bring me back to the guys time and time again if service is needed. Finally, they also offered me a ride back to my house while waiting for my car to be fix and even picked me back up when it was done. Where else can you find service like that in PB? Thanks fellas!!.. I look forward to seeing you guys again soon..but not too soon. Adam Krill"
