"I took my care for an oil change at Ricks lube on 3/18/2018 and a month shy of having to change my oil my car broke down. The company did not place sufficient oil in my vehicle causing my car to break down in the freeway as I was driving. It made an awful rumbling noise and within seconds my vehicle stopped working. I have tried contacting the company so they can do right by their mistake, however I have received no support. Instead they claim I may have enemies out there who may want to harm me. I am car less as of now. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE, IT WILL BREAK DOWN. Learn from my mistake, it is not worth it. Truly disappointed with the company."
