And then they always do a security check and if they find something big and I’m wanting to keep the car, they’re able to fix it at a reasonable price. "Hi, I left one star because you told me you needed to replace my battery and told me how much it would be, and I authorized that, but you did not tell me you would charge an additional $200 diagnostic fee to look at the car until I went to check out. Please let customers know ahead of time if you are going to charge them for services so they can authorize them knowing the cost ahead of time. I wasn’t going to specify this on Google, but I feel I must in response to your response where you describe personal information about my vehicle. Any company that does not respect the confidentiality of their clients deserves one star anyway,"

"After a series of unfortunate events, I found myself with a car that bounced like a horse (my kids enjoyed it) and all sorts of lights on. Putting both our defenses aside, we found a middle ground and hoped for the best. 24 to 48 hours later, he let me know the car was ready for pick up. Due to some foreseen Issues, I had to leave it there for a few extra days, and not once did the owner complain. When I finally picked up the vehicle, it drove like a dream. A business owner who is able to be sensitive to a customer’s needs is more of what this world needs to see. Far too often, greed takes over this industry and the after effect can be tragic. If you’re looking for work done on your car, With honest and reasonable quotes, This is your place. As a wise man, once said, if you sell to the Rich, you get poor. If you sell to the poor you get rich. Let the owner know you were sent by Dragon, and he’ll take good care of you."
