"Overall, a good and straightforward experience! I took my car to Pugh's for an oil change and state inspection, and I asked them to check out a malfunctioning blind spot detector while they were at it. The oil change and inspection went fine, and they called me to say that they performed an initial check of the blind spot detector and could perform additional tests for a flat fee. After those tests, they gave me a detailed time and cost estimate for performing the fix, which I decided wasn't worth it. I appreciated the lack of pressure, surprises, or upselling."
