"I was not satisfied with the service. I had an appointment for 9 am. I dropped my car off at 8:30am and they did not have my car ready until 3pm. At the time I did not know but my car also needed the rotors turned or replaced. They did not contact me or tell me they just put the new breaks on top of bad rotors. I would not recommend or use them again."

"First I’ve been going to this place for years and never have I had a problem until this year. I took my car with the parts and was never told that if I bring my own they wouldn’t be responsible if they were defective. After 2 days my car starts acting the same way before I took it and now they claim there’s nothing they can do. They just lost a loyal customer and anyone else that I recommended to come there."
"I came in with a recommendation for a repair from another place for a new oil pan. After waiting for 30min to get an estimate. They told me it would be $310 with $250 in labor. She came back after they put it up with an estimate of $420 because she quoted me the "wrong pan". The one I needed was 3x more. Then I told her this all stemmed from an oil change gone wrong so please include that. The estimate went to $486. When I pick it up 5 hours later, the bill was then $545. When I asked how did it get to this amount, the half-hearted response I received was "the mechanic said that I didn't charge enough for this and this, so he changed the estimate." So I asked "you don't call anyone to inform them when it changes this much?" Yes, I would have called you, but I just saw it a few minutes ago. "So if I don't pay you, I won't get my car back?" "No". Very disappointing. I have brought it here previously because they are convenient. I will not be returning and suggest that you do the same."
