We constantly upgrade our equipment to provide “State-of-the-Art” precision machine work.
Computerized Schenck® Engine Balancing, Serdi® Cylinder head machining Center, automated and computerized Stuska® 1,500 hp Engine Dyno And Mustang® Chassis Dyno.
Our Crankshaft Dept. fully reconditions crankshafts “in House”. Submerged arc welding repair, or to build up for Custom stroker. Magnaflux, Grinding, polishing, Nitrating and straightening. We also do Motorcycle Crankshafts. We surface Flat and recessed Flywheels also.
Cylinder block Boring and honing with head plates, Decking - decking w/BHJ fixture to ensure 90° and flat and parallel, and line honing. We also pressure check cylinder heads and Blocks. Sleeve installation also available. O ring Block deck surface. Installation of 4 bolt main caps, and SBC "deck plugs".
We also offer Custom Machine work and MIG Welding. We have a Bridgeport Milling machine and South Bend Lathe. We have a precision BHJ fixture for fly cutting pistons.
We have a Superflow® computerized 1020 Cylinder head flow bench to verify our performance work, used in conjunction with our Computerized Digital valve spring Tester with printed readouts. We use radiused adapters.
