"Bought 4 Kumho Tires from this location and when I return I feel appreciated. Ultra clean, friendly and COVid practice in place. Free alignment, rotation and road hazard as long as I keep the tires. Unfortunately they could not repair the screw hole as it is too close to the shoulder edge. Road hazard covers the replacement -minus tread depth, otherwise would have been a free patch. So... on to another location with the tire in-stock."

"Their service is quick, setting up an appointment online is very easy, and the workers are friendly. I am only giving 3 stars because recently, I brought in my vehicle to get the tires balanced and a wheel alignment. Everything went great but they told me my front brake pads were shot and grinding on the rotors and that I also needed a brake flush. I never heard any grinding before that. They said the pads and rotors should be replaced. I was quoted around $550 for the pads, rotors, and flush. I declined as I wanted a second opinion from my family mechanic (who doesn't have the machine for tire balancing/alignments). I brought my car to the family mechanic and was told the brake pads and rotors are completely fine and there was still a good amount of life left in them. The only thing I really needed was the brake flush which they confirmed was definitely dirty. The flush will only cost me about $50 saving me over $500 in repairs. This is a good place for quick and simple things like new tires, balancing, and alignments. Be very wary if they try to tell you all this other stuff is wrong with your car. Don't freak out. If the car is fine to drive, politely decline the additional services and get a second look. It could save you hundreds!"

"Alex the manager and the guys at this location are excellent at what they do and so honest. A couple of weeks ago my vehicle was leaking lots of coolant so I went to Pep Boys. The guys quickly diagnosed the problem and told me my radiator cracked. I had many questions to ask and as always, Alex and the guys were so patient and thoroughly answered my questions. They installed a new radiator and I knew it was going to be very pricey. Alex was so kind and took nearly $130.00 off the total bill! I was so thankful for his generosity. I have been going to this Forest Park location for several years and highly recommend it. Being a female, it is not easy finding trustworthy mechanics, which is why I thank the Good Lord for the talented honest mechanics at this Pep Boys location. Thank you, Pep Boys!"
