"It was great. My car broke down on Saturday late afternoon. I bought a new battery and still didn't work. So the next day I took to Pepboys and the employee on duty was a very nice gentleman Mr. David Sarangay. He is a very extraordinary man and very helpful. "They are a rip off, took my car there for a brake job front and back. Told me i need rotors, pads, calipers for all 4 wheels, cost $1,100.00.
I decline and went to meineke the same calipers, rotors and pads plus labour $525.00 +tax. Throw in a oil change $600. Do better pep boys..i wouldnt recommend no brake jobs here, they will rip u off, sell u what u dont need.."

"Very good service. The customer service staff is usually very friendly and helpful. I have experienced some problems while having my car serviced there however once I brought the issue up the the employee they were very good about responding to the issue and trying to resolve it right away. I've yet had an issue that they were not able to resolve."
