"Arrived today at 9:30am, which is 30 mins after they open. Went in for tire rotation and get a tire plugged. Was informed no one working to do that. Heard the guy on the phone telling a customer that no one was there to change oil. I do not recommend this place at all."

"Have worked with Pep Boys at another location in Nashville for a number of years, always been happy. We had an emergency issue early this morning dealing with a son in law having cancer surgery nearby and his vehicle having a major tire problem. Manager Gabby was fantastic, very understanding of our plight and worked out a great deal for a complete new set of tires for their vehicle. Entire crew and experience was outstanding. "My husband and I are very pleased with the service we received today. We are traveling East from Texas and our vehicle broke down in the early morning hours, luckily close to the exit by the Pep Boys on Charlotte Avenue in Nashville Tennessee. We waited for several hours for the store open. Once the store opened, the front door clerk lady was very helpful. She went above and beyond, out of her way, being polite and made an otherwise difficult morning a blessing, even allowed us to bring in our pets so we would not have to stand in the cold with them during the vehicle repair.. Thank you very very much."
