"I went there once and never going back. Even though they seem like nice people, you're just a business to them and they need you coming back. I went for a brake job and oil change. While the brakes seemed fine, they forgot to put oil in the car. I went back a couple days later after my check engine light came on and they blamed the decalibrated oil gun (pathetic), like they don't check the oil level when they release the car. Thank god nothing happened to my truck. While I was waiting there for the job to be done, 2 older ladies came in with 2 different cars saying their brake lights keep burning out even though they replaced it within a month. The mechanic simply said, well that happens and charged them $10 for a new light bulbs, when obviously there must be some harness corrosion or other issue causing this. It was my first time there and the last. I suggest you do the same, unless you want to worry about your cars after Tom's maintenance."
"I went there last year when I first tinted my BMW & they passed my inspection. I go there this year & they failed me because of my tints. I understand if they have to tighten up and be more strict but if you see me pull up With DARK tints & you know it's not going to pass, why even bother taking me? Oh yeah because they wanted my little $35. I can't respect a business that isn't honest. Screw these guys."
"went there for a new oil pan...they put the oil pan on wrong and bent it so it constantly leaked oil. i bring it back to have them check it out and they say i need to rebuild my engine.....i bring my car to a buddy and says yeah it's just the oil pan. So i pay $500 for their mistake. i tried going back to them to confront them but the mechanics tell me if i tell them i'm wasting my time i need to talk to tom the owner, who is always conveniently not available when i go there or call. never go there i agree with what someone else said they're scumbags do not recommend for anything."
"Totally ripped me off with my sticker. Had a rejection sticker from July on the car when back in Sept and got a new sticker not only did they charge me again they have a sticker for July. I asked how can you give me a 2 month old sticker they said well that is when your car was rejected. And I had to pay twice. Looked into it and they are legally required to turn unused stickers at the end of the month so how they still July stickers is beyond me. Total rip off."
