"I'm a United States 3rd Generation Marine, I don't expect to be treated different, but, thus company has my Money and hasn't returned my calls. I am sending them a 93A letter and suing them, I own many boarding Houses and 3 months ago I paid for them to fix a tenant who lost an arm and works two jobs, they are now finding out they have my money and the car as well for over 2 months, I would not recommend dealing with a company as heartless and unprofessional. At this point my just want back the money, and damages and legal fees, if anyone has had a problem with a company Google 93A demand letter"
"I cannot express how amazing they were and how happy I am. Tyler did the work on my car and every time I look at it, I smile. My car looks better now than it did before it was damaged. Gigi at the desk was very friendly and courteous and best of all, Sadie, the dog that is always there is the best dog ever, I LOVE her! The job done was very efficient and they were very considerate of my time. They ordered the parts before I dropped off my car and it was done in under 1 week. I couldn't believe it when they called me to tell me it was already done. Also, my car was a bit of a mess inside because in the winter I get a little lazy about cleaning. When I picked up my car I couldn't even believe that they had cleaned the inside and even waxed the outside. My car looks beautiful after their expert work. I would highly recommend them and after experiencing their excellent customer service, I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else."
"I have been doing business with New England Frame for many years and I have never had a problem no matter what the job was. Auto Body work, Excellent. Mechanical work, Perfect. I have sent many people to have their vehicle worked on by New England Frame and have heard nothing but great things. I do not understand why anyone would say anything negative about them, I believe they must have an ulterior motive."

"The lady that answers phone usually is VERY VERY rude! She hung up on me two different times when I was trying to find out the status of my car that had been there for 3 weeks. Tyler was nice and understanding and was able to provide me with proper answers. I still would NEVER take my car again to this place. First they sent appraisal to a wrong agent at my insurance company and never followed up with them until I did. Then, when the car was ready AFTER 3 weeks, I take it home and realize that check engine light is on so I had to bring it back. Again, when they said it was done, the speed sensors were never fixed in the car and now I am taking it to another auto body shop. BEWARE. DON'T GO THERE!! Horrible group of guys!"
