"I went to a Valvoline oil change by my home for convenience sake but found out how much "convenience" can cost you. I just noticed convenience starts with CON and that is what happened. I go to Valvoline oil change center on highway 380. While doing the oil change the technician SAS says that they found a transmission fluid leak and that this was serious. They suggested that I authorize them to do it right away. Not feeling comfortable I told them to finish the oil change . I went over to Allen Auto car on Nash (not the similar sounding one on Highway 75) Heath at Allen Auto said there were never any fluid or oil leaks down there. I have been going there for years and love the honesty. PS. They did not charge me to look at the car and they put it up on the lift and went all over it with flashlights etc . Last time I will ever go to Valvoline again."
