"Dramatic. I changed the oil filter: 3 weeks later, the new filter broke (!) and spilled oil all over my parking lot during the week-end (Sunday night and Monday morning). Obviously, I went to a different garage to get my oil filter replaced (why trusting this garage to get their mess fixed?...). I went back to complain, and the manager refused to reimburse labor and part due to another recommendation of changing a part, and she said she will contact the HQ. Resultat: DON'T EVER GO BACK THERE TO GET YOU CAR FIXED."
