"I would just like to say that the gentlemen that work at this location in Ellicott City are absolutely amazing! Probably the best customer service I have ever experienced! I went in for an oil change, they found a few other things wrong with my vehicle and brought it to my attention. The guy at the desk worked with me to get me the best care I could for my vehicle, he didn’t have to, but he did. The other gentlemen were also very kind and caring. They took such good care of me that I will forever be a loyal and faithful customer at this Midas location. Thank you so very much guys!"

"Went to change my Toyota Camry 2 front tire and asked them to change the break pad. The job was so awful that they were not able to get my tire pressure sensor working. I had no issue before I walked into that store. My car is below 50K miles. My break was vibrating like crazy they did not bother to check the brake after they turned the disk. Since then they changed the rear disk but still vibrating during slowing down and make noise. This is the worst car repairing experience with my almost brand new car. I will never get my break or tire changed in Midas!!"

"These guys are honest, friendly, and doing a fantastic works. My 2015 Lexus IS250 has 30k miles on it, so you know it's time for new brakes. I went to 4 different shops, including both local and national chains; and they all provided me with different options, and the cost was between $500 to a thousand for replacing pads/rotors for all 4-wheels. Luckily, this Midas shop in Ellicott City gave me much lower estimate over the phone. I was skeptical at first, but reluctant to bring the car in. Hurrah! a couple of hours later, I have saved a couple of hundred bucks from this Midas Touch, and you asked why. It turned out the rear pads/rotors would be fine for another 6+ months, and the front rotors could be resurfaced instead of replaced with new set. Did I mention that they have offered me a cup of joe when I first walked in the door, asked if I need a ride to work or home, and clipped coupons for additional savings (talking about found money here)? My car didn't turn in to gold with their Midas Touch, but a couple of hundred dollars in saving would be more than enough for me to bring my BMW in for full-synthetic oil change and a nice dinner."

"I had exhaust work done here, the 1 support they hung fell off. Had 2 quotes on another vehicle that were extremely high. Unless you break down in their parking lot, try somewhere else"

"I received brake work with these guys back in December of 2016. Brake work cost me a nice chunk of change. Took my car to get it inspected at another location in Virginia and was told my car was missing nuts and bolts (RF lower ball joint, RF tie rod end, and RF upper control arm and nuts were all missing cotter keys). From what I later learned, was that these nuts and bolts were not put on during the brake work that I received... I don't live in Maryland anymore and it was really frustrating to know that brake the work on my car was halfway done. I really thought I was in good hands and it sucks that I didn't find out about the missing parts until it was time for another inspection on my car. Fortunately these missing parts didn't cause other issues on my car."
