"Chose to have maintenance in my car at this location because the prices where competitive and their turn around time matched my schedule. All the services were performed as requested and in a timely manner. I was impressed when the multipoint inspection was delivered to me by a link on my phone. If there was some room for improvement would be that I couldn't see the diagnostic report of the battery on the photo and that my tires were not roasted as part of the oil change service even though it was listed as one of the things done during the oil change."
"It was a great experience. They gave me options to resolve my rough ride situation and brake noises. The tech was friendly and allowed me to watch what he was doing and explained each step. The parts ordered arrived quickly. Alex was manager on duty and he, too, was friendly and kept the shop moving along with encouragement towards the techs. The cost was reasonable and not unexpected."
"I took my suv up there to have them diagnose the AC. They first said it was the compressor, and misdiagnosed that, then said it was the condenser. Once The car was finished they called me and said it was working and ready for pick up. When I picked up my car not only 30 minutes later did my AC go back out. They are now trying to charge me for a leak that they said I have in addition to the first charge for the condenser which did not fix the issue, they refused to give me my money back, or even work with me I’m just charging me the parts. They also misdiagnosed they condenser because that clearly did not fix my issue. In addition when I picked up my car the technician said that he ran a leak test and there were no leaks, up until the next day of them trying to figure out what is wrong with it they say that there is additional leaks. I have already contacted corporate who contacted the general manager in which they refuse to do anything but still charge me and only give me a 10% discount. I will be taking them to civil court as my services were not rendered. I do not recommend using this Meineke at all whatsoever use a different one, I have called many other managers at different locations in which they said that they would have refunded my money or fix my issue with no charge, but this location is not the same."
"Rented a car from Hertz right down the road & ended up finding a nail in the tire when I got home that had been there a while. Hertz had me bring the car to Meineke for the tire repair and it was discovered that the car actually needed multiple tires replaced entirely. Alex (manager) provided some of THE best service I’ve ever had at any business - period. This was an annoying situation for them as they didn’t have the tires in stock, had to get approval from Hertz to get tires purchased, then he had to call half a dozen or more places to track down tires that they could get their hands on today. All because he knew I rented this car today with a plan to leave town. While I was brought here by circumstance and the Hertz partnership, I’ll be bringing mine & my wife’s cars here moving forward. Alex is the type of person any business should value and is a perfect example of what it means to go the extra mile. Thoroughly impressed and appreciative."
"I wanted to get a car checked out before I bought it. The service was quick and accurate there were a lot of readings that the dealer did not tell me about they really saved me time and money. And the guy in the front was very helpful even breaking down things I did not understand. 10/10 hands down"
