"I really appreciate all the help I received from this business. The staff was incredibly helpful, upfront about all the costs, and the service was surprisingly transparent. I received pictures of all the parts of the car being checked as well as recommendations on things to upkeep and keep an eye on. Top notch service, military friendly with a discount as well. Highly recommend this place for any car needs, definitely headed back in the future for any other issues."

"I often fear going to the auto shop because I fear being taken advantage of but they sent me a care report that showed pictures and gave honest feedback in where issues with my car stood. When I spoke to Nemo, he explained how I didn’t need anything to pass inspection but that I should get things done to keep my car top notch. He broke down how long I had for certain repairs which made me feel like I wasn’t being rushed, just educated. I appreciated everyone at Meineke in Hampton."

I took my car in to fix a window that would not roll down properly; I wish I could remwmber the service member that greeted me.....but he was amazing!
Big pluses for me:
~communicate without being condescending or assuming you are familier with their jargon
~they will actually show you the part you need repaired, they don't expect you to take your word for it
~ they waive the diagnostic fee if you have service completed right after being diagnosed (may apply to type of repair, don't quote me)
~overall, just very friendly and welcoming storefront

"I used to think highly of meineke until my recent visit. Upfront I asked for a vehicle diagnostic check along with a back pressure check. I was clear to inform him I had two hoses that were currently not hooked up instead of letting me know they couldn’t properly perform a back pressure check he said okay. I go the next day to get my results outside he tells me they couldn’t fully diagnose but still charged me because i agreed when i dropped my vehicle off. Be clear what you ask for! $272 later just for them to tell me what I already knew. I would never recommend this place. Better off going to the dealership"
