Meineke Car Care Center # 1460

"Based on my phone conversation I will not be taking my business here. The person that answered the phone was unbelievably rude. I called to get a rough price estimate on a service that was recommended to me by the dealership's service center. Knowing that dealership's tend to be pretty pricey I wanted to see what I would be looking at to get that service done here. I understand that every place may want to complete their own diagnostic, I understand that their findings may be different than the dealership's. The service they recommend may be more or less than what was previously recommended to me. Because of that I understand that if they give me a quote for service A but actually need to complete service B, that the price will not be the same. I explained this on the call. I was told in a VERY RUDE way that they won't give a quote based on what the customer says because the customer doesn't know what's wrong, but I could bring my car in for and pay for a diagnostic to get the quote then (if I complete the work there the diagnostic fee is waived). He wouldn't know because he never asked but I was looking for a quote for changing my brakes. I don't see why a quote can't be given for that. I've called a couple other places and they had no problem giving me a quote for that."

"Friendly and professional service! Just purchased four new tires at a Meineke in Kentucky. While in Texas I got a nail in one of the tires. I made an appointment on the Meineke app and received a call from the shop the night before to verify what I needed help with. They were ready for me when I showed up at my appointment time, plugged my tire, and verified it was good. It took maybe 10 minutes total. I could tell they were busy but despite that I didn’t feel like my minor issue was an inconvenience for them. And with a two day road trip in my near future knowing my tire was squared away gives me piece of mind. Would definitely recommend this shop!"
