"The manager Darius, was extremely helpful and polite today. Working through several challenges, including an employee that quit on him and another showing up late, he still got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. He even took the time to explain additional work that needed to be done on my car (what could wait and what could not) and kept a kind and calm demeanor while the day kept throwing more challenges his way. "Finally signs of hope, as District Manager Monique steps up to oversee day to day activities at this shop. Historically, management and staff were a revolving door and quality of service were negatively impacted. After several months of an oil leak due and multiple trips to get this issue fixed, Monique and Lead Tech identified the issue and made it right! Finally I can park in my driveway again without leaking oil everywhere and am looking forward to seeing this shop turn around for the better."
