needed major repairs which I knew it probably would. The service manager James was detailed and helpful, I asked how soon if repaired would my car be ready. I was surprised to hear in about 2 hours. I said okay get it done. Great work crew! Satisfied repeated customer."

"Busy location. It was difficult to navigate the parking lot and had to wait for parking. Not a super big deal. Marked down a star because there was a lot of miscommunication between them and me. I was dealing with 2 different people and one was talking about one component and telling me if I didn't want it fixed then it was good to come get the car even though other issues had been identified and hadn't been discussed with me yet. After that phone call I got a message with the inspection report noting two issues which required immediate attention and me then calling them back to figure out what was going on. In the end, everything I wanted got done on time but it just felt like there wasn't enough consistency in what the customer is being told. I did really like getting a message with the car inspection details that was an awesome feature."
