"I wish I could rate 0 stars I would but it won’t allow me. I have had my vehicle serviced at this location for 3 years every 6 months, previously great service. This time was different staff. I had a appointment 1hr 45 min later they were telling about my issues with my vehicle still have not completed oil change, 20 minutes later they asked where I got my last oil change cause the oil filter would not come off. I told them it was last serviced by them even though they had my records still didn’t believe me. They said they don’t carry that brand. I don’t know where they got my last oil filter from but they claimed it wasn’t theirs. Keep in mind only 1 other vehicle in the bays getting serviced. The lady at counter very rude. Always paid the same price and she charged me more and told me that she didn’t know how they came up with the past prices. Never will go back again. It’s not about the money but the service."

"When it takes an hour and a half to do an oil change, you really need a shuttle service. I couldn’t wait around that long. I ended up walking home so I could work in my office. When they called to let me know that my car was ready, I asked if they could afford one person to drive my car out to my house and I would return him promptly. They refused. It would’ve been five minutes and they probably would’ve had a customer for life. Instead, I paid 10 bucks for a Lyft and it took me two minutes to get there. Not going back to Meineke again. Their customer service sucks"

"I’ve been coming to this center for over 10 years. I always get honest opinions on needed repairs and maintenance. Their prices are very good and they work fast. I won’t take my car to anyone else!"

"We had the catalytic converter stolen from car. Meineke not only had the parts but completed the job same day at a very fair price. We will return for anything we need done on a 21 year Ford. Service was fast, well done and the people were pleasant. They made you feel like they welcomed your business."

"After paying for full inspection and repairs of everything they found wrong “very over priced” my breaks went out while driving after new breaks and rotors put on. I Took it back and they told me they didn’t find anything wrong and did break flush again. 2days later the breaks went out while driving “near car wreck “ again. Took it back 3days later they say it’s the very thing 2days prior they said it wasn’t with another high bill. Also severe damage to bottom of my car they showed me. that wasn’t there before they drove it. It looks as if they intentionally ran over curb and dragged under entire car"
