"Service was prompt and appeared thorough. Print out of services performed and suggested service was very helpful. Front desk person was not aware of my appointment and seemed a little annoyed. I was charged an additional $20 for “ taxes and fees” above the Openbay quote. I contacted Openbay, Paul was extremely responsive and resolved the issue with a refund and credit. "

I asked for several services to be performed on my vehicle. I latter got a call from Rick letting me know that I did not need to do one of those. Any place I have been before they do the service anyway , hey you told us to, not at Marv and Mike’s!
I highly recommend them. The replaces a transmission for me in my old vehicle. It ran like new with 252k! I sold it to a guy with a tow company and he gushed about how well cared for the vehicle was."
