"Great and honest service. OpenBay provided me with 3 offers, $30 in San Francisco, $20 from Luxurati, and $0 for another in San Francisco. The $0 one seemed too good to be true, so I decided to give Luxurati a try. Needed my rear turn signal bulb replaced. I know it's not a difficult job, but I want to be safe than sorry, especially with finicky European cars. While they officially close at 6pm, the owner was understanding when I got there after. He came out, confirmed the issue, and within minutes was able to replace the bulb. We checked it on the spot and verified it was working. He also was very educational in explaining the finer details of how the bulbs actually were specific to each section (I'm glad I didn't experiment myself), and also even helped check out another unrelated issue my car had been having, without any sales pressure attachment at all, just pure helpful. Gave me some additional tips in regards to maintaining my car. Absolutely fantastic experience. Will also have to check out his wife's restaurant, Russian and Filipino fusion cuisine, sounds very interesting."

"ill definitely be returning here in the future. it didn't take long to realize that i'd be dealing with honest people. sometimes I'm wary about getting work done from somewhere offering the lowest price but i'll be bringing my mazda 3 here for any other work i need done. not only did they hook me up with a free tire rotation simply because i mentioned off-handedly that i'd be needing one soon. when i talked about an oil change i'd had done at another shop that left me feeling less than satisfied, they showed me the Japanese synthetic oil that he uses for my car and explained that even their basic oil change is synthetic blend. they didn't try to upsell me on anything and even offered to replace my belts for an excellent price next time i come in, since I should have had that done a couple thousand miles back. highly recommended. "
