"Always helpful. They treat me with respect as the owner & driver of the car, even if I don't know the technical & mechanical words to describe the problems with my car. In this instance, we only needed routine tire rotation & balance & check the alignment. We hadn't made an appointment. We were told they were busy & it might be the next day before the alignment was done, so we dropped the car off. I appreciated the honest time appraisal. We were pleased when the work was finished ahead of time, after all, and at the expected cost."
