"Interesting time we had with our truck. Brought it in for AC evaporator and compressor replacement. We got a rental while the vehicle was being worked on. Then we got the call it was ready. What I found was a working AC and whoever had worked on the car did not pay attention to details. They had to remove the dashboard to change the parts. When they put it back, the passenger door grab handle was loose (dangerous if you are trying to get in), dash parts not screwed in, and the driver door gasket was put on backwards. Spent 4 more hours getting them to try to fix all of the loose pieces and door. In the end they decided to order new clips. We came back a week later with the truck and they finally got everything repaired. They have been very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend them again. Always pay attention to the small details and take pictures before the work."

"As you can see in most of my posts, I'm fairly generous with my reviews. Customer service is priority for me so when I feel that a particular company has fulfilled that requirement, it's not hard to give it a 5 star rating. If there were more stars I could give Lex Brodie's Tire Co. I would rate them a 10! I was beyond amazed at all this company offers! I had to have my brakes serviced; well to my utmost surprise, Lex Brodie's offered a car loaner (Enterprise) while my car was being serviced for FREE! Who does that anymore?! And considering the extent of damage to my brakes, the price which I won't quote was approximately 50% below what I thought I was gonna pay. Whew! Happy gift day to me🎶! And get this...drum roll please, my brake pads and rotor have a lifetime warranty. Whaa...??? Yep, you got that right. Lifetime warranty. For those of you that live in uphill areas, like Makakilo, Tantalus, St. Louis Heights, I highly recommend you looking into having your car, especially brakes serviced at Lex Brodie's.
