Jason is the nicest person to deal with, always trying to make every decision an informed one. He always makes me feel like he is trying to do what is best, and it is much appreciated. If something needs to be done for safety reasons he tells me that and if it is something that can wait he explains why and the approximate time it might need to be completed.
