Lamb’s Tire & Automotive was founded more than 30 years ago, when we opened the doors of our very first store on Ben White Boulevard in 1987. Much like our home city of Austin, Lamb’s has grown quite a bit since that time and we are proud to offer our customers top-quality service at any of our convenient neighborhood locations throughout the greater Austin area.

As we’ve grown, our commitment to the Austin community and our neighbors has remained our top priority. In our stores, we are dedicated to staying ahead of technological changes with cutting-edge diagnostic and repair equipment, offering nationwide warranty coverage on all services, parts and labor and to only using parts that meet or exceed manufacturers specifications. I feel like the prices are in line with the market and have found that they won’t be undersold by discount stores. Sam at the Cedar Park store on Bell Blvd has always been very helpful and a pleasure to work with as has Jeff and the rest of his staff. I highly recommend Lambs for tires, oil changes, and all automotive maintenance. Fortunately I haven’t had any major repairs needed but I’m sure they can handle them too."

"I came into this location for a low tire pressure light that came on several times in one month on one of my tires. I had purchased these tires from Lambs almost a year ago along with the road hazard coverage. I was immediately acknowledged when I walked in the door and was told they'd be with me in a few minutes-I waited maybe two minutes before I was called up to the service desk. I told Raven what my issue was and asked how long it could take to have them look at my car. When they did pull my car back into the garage, Raven gave me several updates as to what they were doing to figure out what was happening with my tire. She took the time to explain it in my "language". I appreciated that! As a woman I do not always understand what they are talking about. It seemed they had it figured out and Raven gave me a couple of things the mechanic noted that my car may need soon. she did not try to pressure sell me into getting those items done now. LAMBS - Y'all need to give that girl a raise and be sure to keep her employed with you.!!! Customer service is everything these days and that girl understands the meaning of it. It is refreshing to see a woman employed there and who knows what she is talking about. More male dominated work places need to follow your lead in putting a woman on their team. Good job!"

"Sam went above and beyond. We had an acute need and it was Friday and late. We had called 5 (no lie) other shops and no one was willing to help. Sam and his team took great care of us. I trust Sam’s professionalism and integrity!!"

"Will never go back, think twice before you go. Bennett using Lambs for years. Been great until the last 12 months. Now, they have "no wait" pull you car in the garage and then it sits for a hour before someone starts on it. This has happened numerous times. They over price all of their services other than the simple oil change. Literally 25-60% more for any other routine service. I was shocked multiple times and called other places and learned of how HIGH Lambs tries to charge. Will also make you sign a waiver for Lambs to have zero liability if a service results in damage to the vehicle. Ridiculous. Will constantly try to charge/upsell for air filters, tires, and wiper blades. They constantly take advantage of the people that are in the waiting room and have no idea about what is needed and what price it should be. I even listened to a lambs rep use a scare tactic on a older lady in order to upgraded her service to replace headlights that were working to $60 a piece bulbs ($120 total) plus install, and new wiper blades ($60+). They try this stuff on everyone, watch out. Also, beware of making appointments. It's no guarantee, just a placeholder, and you just wait as long as a walk in. Happened to me 2 separate times. 2.5 hrs for a oil change"
