"My wife had called beforehand and said “we need brakes and rotors for all 4 wheels on our vehicle, how much would that be?” They said “about $400”. After it was all said and done, we ended up needing other things done but the brakes and rotors alone came out to about $895. I mentioned the phone call and they said “we never quote that much for all four wheels” so I ended up paying it. I also told them when I brought it in that it starts to vibrate at somewhere between 35-45MPH. They test drove it and she called and said, a tire rotation, wheel balance, and alignment WILL fix that, not “might” fix it. I also clarified that it absolutely WILL fix it, and she said yes. After they were done working on my car, she said “we did the tire rotation, wheel balance and alignment and everything is good to go”. That would indicate that the vibrating stopped. Well, it didn’t. So I spent the $230 to have that done because I was assured that it would fix an issue, but it didn’t. The only positive is that they were polite, not rude or abrasive, even when I confronted them about the outrageous price of having the brakes done."
