"Came here a couple of weeks ago for inspection and was advised the tires were dry rot. Went to Ambridge Wholesale Tire and replaced with used tires. Came back and the inspection still failed because the tires were older than 3 years although they have enough tread depth. Bough new tires here and installed then passed the inspection. Googled but can't find anything states tires have to be less than 3 years old to pass inspection."

"I went there due to a Groupon and being able to get my oil changed and tires rotated. This was a couple months ago. Now while trying to change my brakes, three lug nuts were cross threaded and one even broke trying to remove it. They did not put the lug nuts in straight and continued to use an impact gun to get it in there. If they would have broke, thats my life on the line. Instead of just doing my brakes at home, I had to take it in to another mechanic which costed unnecessary money. When I was there, they couldn't figure out the computer for payment. They said I was good to go. I was in my car driving away when they stopped me and said there was a problem on their end. I sat in the car while they took my credit card in to process the payment. After 5-10 mins they came out, and said I had to come in because they are having problems with their computer. It was not problems with the computer like a malfunction because the front desk man blatantly said he hated the computer and still doesnt understand how to work it. They seem to hire anyone that has little experience and knowledge. You pay for what you get & I tried to go the cheap route."
