"I only used JL a couple times because I usually change my own oil, but this will be my last. I had my oil changed around July of 2018 and I thought everything was fine. Well they had gone ahead and put the oil plug on to tight. They put it on with an air gun. Something that should be tightened with just a ratchet was now tightened to point that my whole dang car moved when I tried to get it off. My local mechanic was even impressed by how tight the drain plug was, he said, "They didn't want you to get this off." How many others have they tightened up the plug so tight that one would have NO CHOICE but to come back to get their oil changed. Suffice to say, that corporate doesn't follow up on complaints and the franchisee just won't get in touch with me. So added expense of $10.00 to get a stripped drain plug out, $10.00 for a new drain plug, and time missed at work (1/2 day) to get this done. If you get your oil changed there don't let them use the air gun. How about response to this one. You NEVER reached out to me when I was contacted by corporate NEVER. So what's your lame response to this one, huh?"

"Overpriced and rude. The lady at the desk was nice. I was there for 45 minutes. Waiting area is dirty so is the bathroom. After all of that my oil only lasted a month. I don't do that much driving. I usually go to my dealer and get the full use of the oil. I was close to this place so I try them. NEVER AGAIN"

"I needed a quick oil change and didn't have time to make an appointment so I stopped here after work. Staff was very helpful and friendly, and willing to service my car immediately. But when I came inside and saw the prices, there was no way. The cheapest is $49.99 for conventional, and from there it's up to $109. They said my car needed synthetic so I was looking at $75 minimum. I said no thanks and went up to Walmart."
