"I arrive12 minutes early and am greeted by Patrick. He looks at the problem with the trunk lid and asks Jason, the mechanic, to take over. Jason discovers that the right trunk lid hinge is damaged by a long, errant screw. I ask Jason for the name the damaged part, he does not know the name! Because of this, I give four stars instead of five. Thank you."
