"I have stopped here several times with good service. Last service they did not complete what they said they did. For example, my air tire light was still on, went back into let them know but they made an excuse. Installed new windshield wipers, one did not work. Had to stop again, guy tried to say windshield was fine and I had to show him where it didn’t work...it was very obvious."

"Went by to have the oil changed in my mother's VW. Two of the three employees on hand we're pleasant and great to deal with, while the third lacked any aptitude for customer service. He asked for our keys and walked back into the shop, did not ask what services we were interested in, what oil we wanted to use, etc. Came back to us several minutes later to tell us that whoever changed the oil last had stripped her drain plug and they could not change the oil. We took it elsewhere and we're in and out in 15 minutes no problem, I even asked to see the drain plug. No issues, no damage. Wouldn't recommend this location."

"I haven't visited this location for a few years after a bad experience. I heard that there was a great new staff there now so I decided to give it another try. You guys have hit the jackpot with this crew!! They are very friendly and they know their stuff. From Sam greeting me at my car, to Jim going over the report they did on my car, to Jamar opening the doors for me and taking the time to talk with me......I felt like I was dealing with family and I'll definitely be back for my next oil change and my summer tires. KEEP THIS TEAM, THEY ARE FANTASTIC!!"
