"This was my first time using JCB Auto and I was very impressed. A local BMW dealer recently told me we needed new rear brakes and a new oil pan, and quoted super high prices for both. I discovered OpenBay around the same time and requested quotes. JCB's was one of the lowest. After I decided to use JCB, Jerome, the owner, ended up telling me the oil pan was fine and the actual problem was with the oil filter housing, a much less expensive repair. He ended up replacing that and also the rear and front brakes. Excellent, honest service, and Jerome is a super nice guy. I will definitely use JCB Auto for our future auto service needs."
