"Two TOTAL different experiences! I heard of this shop from a coworker. The first time I took my old car there so I had to drop it so they can perform a detail inspection to find everything might be bad. The next day the guy (Asian accent) called me. He was very honest with his recommendations to buy another car because I would invest too much money in a 300,000 miles car so I accepted his advice (later I ended buying another car). At the end of the call, he clearly said "WE WILL NOT CHARGE YOU FOR NOTHING TODAY, BECAUSE WE HAVEN'T DO ANY LABOR ON YOUR CAR". I was very impressed with his honesty and made me think to count with them in the future. My last and worst experience is the following: I made an appointment by phone, got to the place to check my minivan. I was waiting for the van so the guy (apparently another guy) was describing all the problems my van had so at the end he was trying to charge me over $1,000. I told him I had to think about it (obviously I did not had all that money in my pocket) so he suggest me to apply for a credit car they offer there. I reply no thank you. After that he said he had to charge me $100 for the inspection they did (when in my first time with the first car they NEVER CHARGED ME), so I explained to him from my first experience they didn't charged me anything because they didn't work on the car. I left without paying but he seemed more interest in get money from my pocket rather of taking care of his customer's needs."

"Took my car in for an alignment after getting new tires and replacing the tie rods. Everyone that helped me while I was there was very professional and polite. They let me know my tie rods hadn't been installed properly and ended up having to charge me another hour of labor so they could perform the alignment. They got everything lined up as best they could, and sent me on my way. Unfortunately while driving home I kept hearing noises coming from the front end. I took a look and my driver side stabilizer bar was so loose I could take the nut off by hand! In no way am I suggesting it's their fault it wasn't tightened like it should've been, but it leads me to believe all suspension and steering parts weren't checked for wear as described on the work order. Whenever I have to pay someone to work on my vehicle I expect for them to do what they say. That didn't seem to be the case this time around. Update: When I had my alignment done I was told by their tech that they couldn't straighten it out completely because there wasn't an adjustment for the caster so I'd just have to live with a slight pull to the right. Turns out there is a fix for this it's called a CASTER bushing on the front lower control arm. This place truly is a "dealer alternative" rather than getting charged out the ass and being told exactly what's wrong with you car you're able to save a few bucks and let some people who really don't know what they're doing mess with your vehicle."
