"Pros: *Michelle was great. Excellent customer service and very pleasant. *Very quick service. Oil change took about 30 minutes. They also checked my spark plugs and brakes during this time. Cons: *I only have one concern. They let me know that my brakes were less than 20% in the front and needing to be replaced ASAP. They then provided me with a quote to replace. The backs were still okay but would need to be replaced soon. I recently had my brakes looked at a week ago and was told they were good. I asked to see them so they could show me. They said they would jack it back up to take the wheels back off to show me. They jacked my car back up but then said they made a mistake. The front pads are over 60% and the backs have even more. A little suspicious as there is a pretty big difference between below 20% and above 60%. Now this might have been a mistake and they did in fact think it was below 20%. If that were the case though, I don't really feel confident in their diagnostic and mechanical expertise at this point. Regardless, I will not be back to this shop."

"Since I bought my car last June, this has been the only place I've taken it to for my oil changes. The lady behind the desk is super friendly and very helpful. They aren't out to make as much money as possible off of every customer, only suggesting new filters after showing me how horrible mine looked! Thanks for being awesome!"

"I found this place because of I was looking for deals on oil changes. I called a few days ago, and the woman at the desk offered me the low Groupon price upfront and scheduled me an appointment. She was so kind and courteous on the phone and in person. I got a synthetic oil change for $33! They changed my oil, checked my brakes and filled my tires in about 45 minutes (even though I was running late). I look forward to coming here again!"

"Frauds! Will over charge you and lie to you so you will spend More money on an unnecessary job. They were going to charge me over $200 to get my emblem replaced and said something about the labor and wiring because my emblem popped off and they said it was “impossible” to fix without another part and the connector was broken. My intuition told me they were full of it and I took it some where else where the mechanic popped it on for free and said it was a simple fix (shakes my head)! They were going to make me buy an unnecessary part and pay for labor for something that took 5 minutes to do and another mechanic did out the kindness of his heart. Please get a 2nd and 3rd opinion when it comes to this place, they seem nice but they are wolves in sheep’s clothing! Don’t get taken advantage of and they will get their karma"
