"I have been taking my cars to JD Auto for over 12 years and these guys are very technically capable, honest, thorough, and the quality of the work is fantastic. I have never had an issue and I am lucky enough to drive sim pretty sophisticated vehicles including Range Rover, Mercedes, and Porsche. Unlike dealers, their prices are reasonable, they present options and the work is done on time. John, the owner is clearly a person who understands what is necessary to run a top notch facility, retain quality people, and be an asset to the community. I highly highly recommend taking your vehicle here for work instead of a dealer or a franchise repair facility where services that are unnecessary are pushed on you and work conditions are such that mechanic turnover high and skill levels can be substandard. JD Automotive is the best and at 52 years old and having owned over 20 cars in my life I can say that with confidence"

"I just got a $90 charge on my credit card after filling up with about $27 worth of gas at this station an hour ago. Called the station and an older gentleman who answered the phone after 20 rings told me to call my bank, that "it happens sometimes" and he doesn't speak English. Then he hung up on me. I don't know about you, but this isn't the type of customer service (or overcharging!!) I expect from any business. What the hell is going on?? Won't be going here anymore."
"Quote from the brookline tab: "The charges brought against the mechanics stemmed from a sting executed after police got a complaint from Kroll, a Hellenic College administrator. Kroll told police the air conditioning in two of his cars failed after he brought them to JD Exxon to get their oil changed. Kroll took the cars to another garage, where he was reportedly was told someone had unplugged a fuse on one car, and a cable on another. He brought one of the cars back to JD Exxon, where he was told he would need a costly repair, according to police reports." The case was dismissed because of a lack of evidence, but my family's cars also had air conditioning problems after inspections at JD auto center."
"Amazing service. It's so obvious that the owners and workers care about their customers as people, not just as a source of income. The service was very fast, and I was walked through every step of the process before anything was done. No surprising charges. They helped me find the best deal on two new front tires as I had no idea how low the tread was, and even had the tires brought from the warehouse to the Center asap as they did not want me to drive without the safety of better tires. Great morals and values. HIGHLY recommended."
