"They were unprepared for me and said they hadn’t checked OpenBay all day. They also said they would call me when they were done, but when I returned my car was parked and ready for pickup and I hadn’t received a phone call yet. Also only at the end did they tell me about disposal fees, but not in the app or upfront when I came in.
For the actually mounting and balancing, they did an excellent job. No scratches or damage to my rims, and the tires ride smooth with no issues."

"Went in to change my head light bulb & battery on a Friday morning. Decent and fairly quick service. Beware though, like most shops, they will try to milk you for more money. Told me I had to also replace my headlight igniter and ballast for my HIDs after they had replaced my bulb. Took my car back, tested the headlights, did a little research, and discovered that I actually did not need those parts."

"Terrible service. Paid almost 600 to get my car fixed it was dieing at the lites and this guy takes it says its fixed it dies a mile after i drive away i bring it back he keeps it another week and says its ready again . i go get it and it wont start right in frunt of him he keeps another week and he returns it to me saying its fine but it still gives me the same problems big waiste of my money. Guarantee his work and still didnt fix it. "
