"I needed a lot of work done during my last visit and was stressed with having to leave my car for longer than expected. Will, my service representative was amazing! He was incredibly patient and helpful. I am so grateful for his help in getting me a loner car and exploring my warranty for additional coverage for the work I needed. I was able to save a lot of money! It was a positive experience overall."
"I really enjoyed my salesman, Billy. He looked out for me and fought for me. I was disappointed in the management. They pushed hard against the price of my trade-in on multiple occasions, which I understand is par for the course for dealers, however, they tried to re-neg on an initial offer. Once I had agreed on a car, they sold it to another person without given me any warning or precedence. They said they had another of the same model, however they were unable to find it, even after an hour. I was the one who pointed out that it was one of their show models along the road. And it turned out that vehicle was equipped with enough extras that they wouldn't sell it to me. Billy saved the day by finding the vehicle I wanted at their overflow lot. I returned the following day to pick up the vehicle. Management wouldn't allow Billy to keep himself free in order to meet me at the time we had chosen, and he was forced to work with three customers at once, including myself. Again, very happy with my salesmen, relatively disappointed in management."
"My service associate was thorough and addressed all of my concerns. I also had a tight schedule and she made sure that my car was done when I needed it. I appreciated her professional and courteous demeanor. One of the reasons I recommend Ira Subaru and their service team to everyone I know. Waiting area was also very comfortable. Thanks!"
"Just bought a forester at IRA. I went just to look, but Maria Swiacke came up to me and asked what I was looking for. I explained everything I was looking for, she said she had the perfect car for me. Well she did! She was such a great help. She explained everything to me with such patience and great attitude. "I took my dad here. He is 83 years old. We had a female named Maria help us understand the difference between buying and leasing.. we had a lot of questions and she took a few hours of her time to discuss the suburu line going through the inventory and taking us out to the lot to view cars we were interested in. She picked us up out front as my dad has a cane.. she was so patient with him and his million questions.. if you are reading this Maria WE WILL BE BACK... thank you for not pushing us to buy yesterday.. my dad was so tired from the long ride from the cape!!!!"
