"I was fooled by the name...I took my van into Integrity Tires for an oil change and told Liz I was concerned about the transmission bc it was revving and idling abnormally, she swore her tech would drive it.I sat there for 2 hrs outside,no one drove my van.Liz then tells me I NEED $4,300 worth of maintenance done,I asked for the paper quote,she refused and said she already ordered the parts.2days later my van failed power in the pedal,in the Integrity Tires driveway.Now they want me to pay for my transmission rebuild.I’ve given them too many chances.I WILL NEVER TAKE A VEHICLE TO INTEGRITY TIRES AGAIN. First visit,male customers who came in after me left before me (female),second visit my windshield fluid wasn’t replenished (it’s part of the oil change service), third visit my wheel cover popped off my tire I’ll have to buy another set $40 coulda been prevented with reassurance, fourth visit my transmission dies after paying them $3,600 for 100,000 mile maintenance. I even reached out to the rep Danny and he never even called me back, left it on the store supervisor, rep even argued with me although he doesn’t have all of the details, no follow up. LACK OF INTEGRITY. My van is still there. I am such a fool..."

"I hate the leave poor reviews but in this case I feel it's a must. I brought my vehicle to this location for the first time yesterday with a Groupon for an oil change and tire rotation. An employee called me about an hour and a half after I dropped my car off to let me know that my oil pan was stripped and the bolt that was previously used was over-sized and the only way to correct this is a new oil pan that would cost $550 after a $100 off! I called around to 4 different places and none would have charged me over $300 for this same service. The employee made it seem like my oil would spill everywhere if i drove it off their lot that way so I went ahead and called AAA for a tow home. When i arrived back at the mechanic to meet the AAA driver, I find that they replaced my oil. I had no clue why they would do this as they has explained it would spill everywhere since there was no way to seal the pan. Well, its been a full 24 hours now and I have no leak. Can't help to think that I was being taken advantage of and I'm very disappointed that I had to jump through hoops to get my car home."

I was hesitant to come here after being so faithful ( taken care of and also wronged ) by the previous business, Family Tire. Impressed is an understatement. I highly recommend them. The prices are fantastic too"

"I went in for a flat repair and they fixed it for free. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes and they were still busy as well. Very friendly service. I'd recommend them to anyone."
