"This was my first visit at integrity 1st automotive and it was a good one. My car had intermittent starting issues that couldn’t be resolved by TWO other shops, got recommended by a co worker who had been a loyal customer at integrity for a couple of years now. I walked in and was greeted warmly by Sam who took the time to listen and understand what was going on with my car. Sam told me what could be causing this and gave me an estimate. After having it checked by the technician it was just a lose connection on my starter. My car was repaired within a couple of hours and it’s been a week now, and it’s been running great. They have earned my trust and I will be returning to them for any of my automotive needs. Thanks integrity!"
