"Left car at shop for 4k worth of repairs,got it back and two days later I see a crack coming up from where they were working,and they refused to pay for the repairs even though its definitely something they've done. You can see the damage to the screw and a little bit of the damage to the plastic dowel and then at the end of the scratch a perfect impact in the glass from the tool. Why would I break my own window? I just spent 4k fixing the car and they've now lost my business over a 200 dollar window that they should've replaced no questions asked...***update*** my windshield now leaks extremely bad and chris ignored my attempts to reach out to him publicly in an attempt to receive proper service. I dont get how I could spend so much money and be treated so unfairly and for you to brush it off like I dont know what I'm talking about. I've been around ASE certified mechanics my entire life. I think I would know who broke my windshield, if my balljoints have been replaced or not and I can also tell you didn't replace the lower trailing arms like you claim in the invoice."

"Got my car towed there and as soon as I got there they were able to check it out, gave me a call back letting me know what needed done & the price. They told me it would be about 3 hours of work & that they would give me a call letting me know if that was all that needed done to fix my car. I was able to pick it up the same day it was brought in. I didn’t meet anyone other than the owner and woman at the front desk but both were extremely nice & it was great service! Highly recommend them!"
