"Up front without being pushy. Friendly and knowledgeable service people. I wanted new wheels and tires. They came highly recommended as installers from Discount Tire Direct. They supplied the wheels and the guys on Rogers St received them ,gave me a better price on the right truck tires. Had them mounted and waiting for a quick install."

"I typically do not write reviews but I thought it was important for others to understand. I have been a customer at Hogans in Lowell for several years bring in both my cars to service. Couple of weeks back my Van wouldn't start and was left stranded and luckily it was in a parked street . I called Hogans being my go to service center for advice and next steps. the guy who picked up the phone with a thick accent talk to me to bring in my Van and leave it after hours which was fine except that it had to be towed. He asked if I had AAA and I didn't and he basically offered no help or advice whatsoever to help me figure out towing. He didn't know what to do!!!! and hung up the phone leaving me to figure out things. I was very upset and mad with them. You hung up the phone on a stranded customer!!!!. How could you not provide any assistance to me. You could at least have tow companies contacts handy in cases like these...I had the same thing happen to one of my other car couple of years ago and the guy who worked at Hogan at that time was very helpful and gave me a tow truck company's number to call and took care of the servicing it after it was towed in. That is what I except from my car service center who I have been going to for several years. In times like these you except you would do anything to keep customers. I called another service center locally and they were very helpful. the guy towed my Van the next morning and replaced the starter and it was fixed. That is what I would have expected from Hogans but no!! I am not going back again. You just lost a long time customer. What kind of training are you giving these people where you cant even offer help to a stranded customer?????? Shame on you Hogan!!!! not everybody has AAA just so you know."

"I was very pleased with the service at Hogan Tire in Lowell. I used the buy three get one free promotion for a set of 4 Firestone’s for my Nissan Rogue, and added on an alignment which was discounted with the installment. The staff was very professional over email while scheduling my appointment and in person. The tires needed to be ordered and only took 2 days to arrive. They gave clear instructions to come back for a rotation to maintain the warranty on the tires. Waiting area was very clean, staff wore masks and the process took just over an hour. I’ll return for my next set of tires!"
