Results Associates exists to provide our customers tires and automotive services which are of unexcelled quality. Results Associates exists to provide our customers “trustworthy” services which are based in integrity and competence. Results Associates exists to provide its employees and owners an adequate return on investment of time and other resources. Tire & Auto Service was founded in 1990 as an information service company. The vision for the company at that time was to provide large consumer package goods customers with sales information and leadership training. After two years of exhaustive traveling and a desire to test the leadership theories in a smaller venue a new opportunity was explored. In the fall of 1993, Results Associates acquired a Goodyear Store in Denton Texas. This acquisition changed the direction of the company, but not the vision. The founder kept the consultative approach to dealing with customers and brought a leadership philosophy of customers and employees first to the automotive service business. These foundational truths are what drive our business today.

By mid 1995, a second location was acquired and the businesses was off and running. In 1996, two more locations had joined the organization and a growth strategy was developed: “Acquire existing underperforming Goodyear locations and turn them around to be viable businesses”. Since 1993, we have grown, but our desire to be the preeminent Goodyear dealer in the Dallas/Ft Worth area has remained. We envision accomplishing this by recruiting and assembling one of the strongest management teams in the automotive service industry. This leadership team will deliver the organizations vision to both the customers and our team members. We at Results Associate are proud of our heritage and are looking forward to the bright future we see in the automotive service industry.

We focus on brake repair, tires and tire services, air conditioning maintenance and repair, and preventative maintenance on automobiles. We concentrate on providing these products and services with competence and integrity.

"TAS #2 of Denton is my go-to place for any automotive work. They are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and most importantly fair and honest. I've never left there feeling like I was overcharged or like I paid for something I didn't need. The techs are regularly walking into the waiting room to explain things to the customers about their repairs. I've seen them asking permission to install parts as cheap as $5 with a customer, as opposed to just putting it in and telling them at checkout. Their work is always professional grade and they back it up. I go back anytime I need anything done - from inspections and oil changes to tires and upgrades to my suspension or brakes. Plus they have a comfortable customer lounge with free coffee and water. There's a nice TV with a DVD player and cable and they'll let you pick your programming. I've changed vehicles 3 times in 6 years, but I haven't changed where I take them for maintenance. Keith will take good care of you, so go see him!"
"The first person I talked to when I came in was quite rude to me when I asked for a simple fix and did not take any of my information or even look at my car but told me all the technicians were busy. The same person proceeded to watch me wait in the lobby for 2 hours without saying anything while multiple other people were being helped before me until I approached another employee who finally got someone to take a look at my car. No apologies or explanations. 2 hours of my time wasted for a 15 minute repair. Won't be coming here again."
"Brought my car in for a 4 wheel alignment after I had replaced several suspension components so the alignment was off pretty bad. I had installed camber bolts in the front so that it would be fully adjustable. Maybe 10 mins after the tech pulled the car on the rack they come back and say it’s all done. Looking at the alignment sheet, no adjustments had been done on the rear and the camber had not been adjusted on the front (whole purpose of installing the camber bolts). The guy and the tech stated that the rear was not adjustable and the front was done the best they could. I took the tech outside and showed him that the rear was adjustable (both camber and toe). He put the car back on the rack and then proceeded to tell me that his computer showed there was no adjustments on the rear. When they brought me into the bay to show me, he had the wrong car selected on the alignment machine computer and was aligning it to the specs of the previous body style car. After arguing that it was the wrong car selected he chose the correct one and proceeded to align it to the correct specs. Camber on the front was still not adjusted because it was technically in the “green” but was still almost a full degree from true spec on both sides. Again this was the whole purpose of installing camber bolts so that it could be fully adjustable. When I drove away the steering wheel was not straight, it is tilted to the right slightly. This was a complete waste of money for the work performed and having to correct the technician. If I didn’t know a thing or 2 about alignments they would have been okay letting this car go back into the customers hands after aligning it to the specs of a different car."
