"Today 2/6/2020 I entered Goodyear looking for Rey the only mechanic I trust with my diagnostics of my car since my car is paid off and the warranty expired. He is the best and very professional which is rare in Miami! However Alejandro Dobronski was rude and his negative energy made me question customer relation experience... Ask for Rey Aucar, Service Manager customer service is stress free. Yes, you have to pay for the repairs but they will suggest not swindle or lie about services your car does not need. In Miami you have to be careful with some mechanics but I feel safe here."

"We were the first ones there for tire balancing. it took them 2 hrsto tell us the tires could not be balanced and lied about how old 2 of the tires were, saying we just needed to replace them all. I would have bought the 2, if he had not lied. Complete dismissal and personal disrespect by one of the workers there. I do not recommend you going there, specially if you are female."

My car was perfectly fine only needed to do alignment of the tires and somehow my brakes make a horrible sound now and they’re broken. Said can’t do anything about it not even check it isn’t their problem.

"Twice in the last 6 months, I took the truck over to fix my tires. Twice they have recommended me go somewhere else. The first time I thought they were doing me a favor but this time I’m just figuring they just don’t want to help me. I don’t want to keep dragging my truck around just to get a patch.
